Our Team

Raspberry Golf Management's principal partners are Steve Clark and Willy Lutz. They are responsible for discovery and management operations. Responsibilities are coordinated to take advantage of the personal strengths and professional expertise of our entire management team.

Steve Clark

Partner/CEO

Steve became a Raspberry Golf Management Partner in 2007. He is a graduate of the State University of New York and holds a BA in Economics. Steve started his business experience working for Motorola, where he gained valuable experience in sales, product development and market analysis, before following his love of golf. He began his golf management career at the prestigious Army Navy Country Club, and then over to Raspberry Falls Golf & Hunt Club as the Head Golf Professional in 2000. In addition to supervision of all golf operations, his responsibilities include budgeting and financial performance. This includes preparing and reviewing budgets, sales and marketing, pro shop operations and merchandising, reviewing and managing P&L statements, clubhouse management, as well as capital improvement projects. Steve has been a Class A PGA Professional since 1994 and holds a Current Class A1 status. He was a board member of the Prince William Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Chair of the Tourism and Hospitality Council.

Willy Lutz

Partner

Willy Lutz is a Class A PGA Professional who began his career at Army Navy Country Club. He joined Raspberry Golf Management and assisted in the development and construction of Old Hickory Golf Club in 2003. In 2006, Willy became the Head Golf Professional at South Riding Golf Club in Chantilly, VA. After seven years, Willy returned to Raspberry Golf Management as the General Manager of Raspberry Falls Golf and Hunt Club in 2014. In 2020, Willy became a partner for Raspberry Golf Management. Willy has high standards for customer service and operations while driving financial performance. His responsibilities include preparing and reviewing budgets, pro shop operations and merchandising, tournament management, course management, food and beverage operations, and capital improvement projects. Additionally, Willy is a Regional Sales Consultant for FlightScope and brings a wealth of technology knowledge to the partnership.

Troy Reynolds

Property Leader/Golf Operations

Troy Reynolds is a Class A PGA Professional and has been with RGM for over 17 years. Troy was the assistant golf professional at Shenandoah Valley Golf Club and Raspberry Golf and Hunt Club before becoming general manager of Old Hickory Golf Club in 2010. His expertise is in golf operations, sales, instruction, maintenance, and special events. Troy received a BS from Virginia Tech in Environmental Science with a minor in Chemistry and Geology.

Mike Tate

Property Leader/Golf Operations

Mike Tate has been in the golf industry for over 13 years and is currently the general manager at Bull Run Golf Club. Mike oversees revenue generation, staff engagement, course maintenance and banquet sales. His main goal is to provide excellent customer service. Mike gained valuable food and beverage experience as owner of the Coach Stop restaurant in Middleburg, VA for 22 years. Mike is a graduate of Virginia Tech. His favorite sports movie is Hoosiers.

Ron Leporati

Property Leader/Golf Operations

Ron Leporati is a nationally decorated PGA Member with over 20 years of golf operations, business development, revenue management, merchandising, and player development experience. He joined RGM as General Manager at Augustine Golf Club in 2023. Ron worked for nine years at Lansdowne Resort, Columbia CC, and Hidden Creek CC before moving to Pennsylvania to serve as Director of Golf at two different world-class resorts. Ron has a BS degree in Sport Management from Liberty University.

Chung Kim

Director of Growth and Marketing

Chung Kim has 20 years of experience in communications. Before entering the golf industry, Chung worked for ABC News as associate producer, writer and on-air graphics. She later joined the golf industry after her family purchased and developed Virginia Golf Center. She joined RGM in 2014 and focuses on brand awareness, revenue generating programs and events, social media content, website development and print collateral. Chung has a BA from American University and an MA from Georgetown University.

Dawn Keyes

Executive Administrator

Dawn Keyes is a veteran Executive Administrator with over 35 years of experience. Dawn is responsible for administrative details and bookkeeping for Raspberry Golf Management and the Raspberry Golf Trail. For several years, Dawn also assisted in selling, planning, coordinating, and executing events and outings for Raspberry Falls Golf and Hunt. Her expertise is in communications, accounting, contracts administration, sales and marketing, and organization. Dawn attended the University of Maryland.

Michelle Wang

Director of Banquets and Sales
Food and Beverage

Michelle Wang has over 20 years of experience in hospitality and food and beverage. She has worked for prestigious hotels including the Four Seasons, The Fairmont, Marriott, and Shangri-La International. Michelle joined RGM in 2007 and oversees food and beverage departments and special event sales. Her main responsibilities are managing food and beverage costs, menu development, staff training, and banquet contracts. She received her BA in Hospitality Management at Florida International University.

John Miller

Director of Instruction

John has been a career golf professional for 25 years. His background includes working in a family owned and operated driving range, a mid-level private club, a public golf course, a high-end private club, and a multi-course management company. John oversees all aspects of Academy operations. John is an expert in Video Technology, SAM Putt Lab, and Hack Motion. He is also certified in club-fitting, K-Vest motion Capture, as well as TPI level 3 golf.
